Japanese Furoshiki wrapping is amazing & versatile, you can use it as a wrapping, use as a bag, table cloth, cover and more.
The reversible furoshiki is my very first Furoshiki which was gifted from my best friend and I still use it so often. Light, wrinkle-resistant, washable, very easy to use. And more than anything, nice colour combination. When you wrap something in this, it become just gorgeous !
The pattern is Japanese traditional pattern, one surface is a “Same komon” design, which was used in Edo (Tokyo) it has a meaning of protecting from evil spirits. The back is a “Kozakura” design; meaning to wish to dream come true and also for being blessed with a good match.
70cm is a good size for gift wrapping, and carrying things and wine bottles!
