All of Cooking with Koji's miso are carefully handcrafted in small batches using organic Australian ingredients. Made with traditional fermentation methods, each batch is slowly aged for over a year, allowing deep, complex flavours to develop. All miso are Gluten free & vegan friendly. Enjoy the rich taste of naturally fermented miso.

Most of Cooking with Koji's miso is unpasteurised miso. Please keep them in the fredge. The condition and flavour of the miso is keep changing (even kept in the fridge), which is great and you can enjoy the changing flavours.
