Workshops

My Japanese cooking & fermentation workshops are small group workshop, and all of the classes are hands on classes. Fun & Yummy! 
All workshops will be held in Malmsbury Town Hall (Small but beautiful country town in Macedon Ranges), it is only 1 hour drive from Melbourne and 1.5 hours by V-line, and the town hall is walking distance from the train station – walk through the winery and botanical garden. Very pretty.
Please let me know in advance (by email or click "contact us" if you have any food requirements – I’ll prepare & cook as much as all attendance can enjoy.
