This organic garlic miso is great for using on top of grilled food (like eggplants!! and grilled tofu or even grilled meats ), stir fly or just as a dip. It is Dengaku type of miso, so bit of sweetness meets miso's umami and saltiness, and it combine with fresh garlic flavour!! You can also use this miso as seasoning. I want you to enjoy your way.
Other usage idea from my customers :
* Use this garlic miso to enjoy avocado (half avocado and put cocktail prawn in the hall) then seasoning it with this garlic miso!
* Use this garlic miso to make miso ramen!!
