Lemon Miso is amazing. It works for both savoury & sweets.
It is grazing type miso, so you can directly put it on white fish, chicken, tofu, potatoes, cooked vegetables.....
Or use as a dip! You can mix it with mayonnaise to make it creamy, or you can use it as a base of dressing.
Using it as a sauce is a great idea, for example you can spread it for wraps! Anything really, use as a grazing.

For sweets, I like using it for my special cheese cake! Give your cheese cake hidden umami flavour!
Or you can enjoy having it with yogurt.

I make this lemon miso with my 1 year fermented brown rice miso and local fresh lemons. It is a joy to make this lemon miso,
my kitchen will be filled with super nice fresh aroma.
