Flavours are Organic garlic miso, Organic lemon miso, Organic walnut miso. Garlic miso is great for miso ramen base as well. Of course good with vegetables. Even for BBQ. Lemon miso nicely works with Chicken. I used this miso in cheese cake. Walnut miso is...you can simply enjoy as it is as well as it is little bit chunky. Nice as vegetable sticks. Put on top of grilled vegetable, meat. You can enjoy in your way
