This trio is so special. Combination of 3 brown rice miso all aged differently.
It comes with popular Organic brown rice miso (aged for 1 year) , 3 years and amazingly 5 years miso!! These vintage miso are fermented and carefully looked after for this long periods. You can compare how the flavours and tastes changes over the years.
Aged miso is known as its health benefits more than young miso, and it is recommended to use it from old days.
All miso can be used same ways, easiest way is spread on the toast! Really nice with avo and/or eggs. This simple brekkie is loved by many customers and my way of start of the day.
We are very happy to able to share this quite special miso finally.
