When Yuzu season comes, my family make this Yuzu miso - It is nice combination of beautiful Yuzu aroma & citrus flavour, sweetness and Umami from Miso. Very special aroma and flavour to me. Wonderful gift from this season.
It is nice on white fish, tofu, potatoes, cooked vegetables - like Daikon or eggplant. Or use as a dip for stick vegetables.
You can spread on toast, eat with sliced apple, pour on top of yoghurt, use as a grazing....
My Yuzu trees are very happy this year, and brought us a happy Yuzu !! My kitchen was filled with beautiful Yuzu aroma! Making this Yuzu miso is my joy. Hope you enjoy this year's version of Yoko's Yuzu miso!!
