Set of a hand made and painted cooking bowl and a wooden stick - known as Suribachi & Surikogi.
These are a Japanese traditional food processor (mortar and pestle) and essential tool for Japanese cooking.
Great for grinding (Like sesame seeds and nuts) , mixing several ingredients, making dressing and making paste (like miso paste!)
